QCrypt Watch exists because most post-quantum coverage is written from press releases. This is written from inside acquisition policy and audit practice. The questions that decide whether an organization is exposed are not cryptographic questions, they are contractual ones: which clause reaches you, which system classification you hold, and what evidence you can produce when someone asks.
Dr. Chamberlain is a national public-interest technologist, cybersecurity executive and emerging technology strategist. She runs an audit practice, has delivered federal quantum readiness training, including a quantum readiness workshop for federal law enforcement, and presented Quantum Roadmap and PQC Readiness at the 2026 BEYA Conference. She teaches AI governance and quantum security at the graduate level and is the author of the A Black Girl’s Guide series.
Her work focuses on making sure emerging technologies, from AI to quantum systems, advance national security, public trust and civil rights at the same time.
